Do I have to wear a mask? Yes, no exceptions. Unless you are seated at your table, a mask must be worn. If you arrive without a mask we will provide you with a disposable one.
Are you accepting reservations? We are currently opening our patio on a first come first serve basis. If our seating capacity is reached we will retrieve your name and number and let you know when your table is ready!
How many people will you allow in your space at one time? We are following all State guidelines and are not allowing more than 50 customers at one time.
What are you doing to keep your space clean & safe? All staff will be wearing gloves and masks during service. Hands are washed and sanitized frequently, and gloves are changed often. Alongside keeping our distance from customers and co-workers, we will be sanitizing each station that has any sort of repeat customer exposure. This includes:
– Any POS station & screen
– Table numbers
– Door handles
… basically, anything that is touched will be sanitized!
Can I sample a beer before purchasing? In order to limit exposure and unnecessary use of glassware, we will not be offering samples at this time. We will do our best to find the perfect beer for you!
Will you be using plastic cups? In order to keep our environmental impact down to a minimum, we will be serving our beers in our glassware. All glassware will be sanitized and cleaned in our high temperature dishwasher.
What should I do before I leave? Please put your used glassware in one of our multiple bus bins. Please dispose of anything you are not taking with you.
Will you still be doing home delivery? Yes, but the our routes and delivery frequency has changed. We are happy to answer any questions you may have – or scroll down to the “DELIVERY” section below for more information.
Can I still order beer to go for curbside pickup? Please do! If you are specifically looking for beer to go, we encourage you to use our contactless pick-up option. Scroll down to the “CURBSIDE” section below to reserve cans for curbside service.
Can I bring my dog to the outdoor seating space? We do allow dogs in our outdoor patio space at Three Rivers. Dogs must be leashed at all times.
Are you accepting cash? For the safety of our staff we are currently only accepting card payments at this time.
Will there be a limit on how long I can stay? We are thrilled to welcome our customers back into our space! We will not be putting a time limit on your stay, but do ask that you be conscious of your stay specifically with our 50 person limit. As always, we do not over serve.
Can I use your bathroom!? We will be allowing two people at a time to use our bathroom. Masks are required.
What about outdoor service on days with inclement weather? We have our eye on the forecast! If we aren’t able to provide outdoor service, we will still run curbside during the same hours. Keep your eyes on our Facebook or Instagram for weather-related service updates!

-Be ready with a valid 21+ ID & credit card payment *no cash accepted*
REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERIES:
– A valid 21+ ID is required at the time of delivery that must match the name on the credit/debit card given.
– If using an online-only gift card, the ID must match the name of the person who bought the gift card.
– Minimum of FOUR total 4-packs per delivery
If these requirements are not met, products will not be delivered as ordered and refunds will be given. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary for any reason we see fit.

The safety and well-being of our team and the visitors to our brewery is of the utmost priority here at Bissell Brothers Three Rivers. We are staying up to date with all developments regarding this virus, and are taking extra precautionary measures to help keep our team and our customers healthy. Please know that our cans are packaged in a way that ensures they are clean based on FDA guidelines. We’re also encouraging our team to take advantage of our company-wide PTO policy and to stay home if they’re showing any signs of illness.
