When faced with some of the most interesting and loudest barrel characters we’ve ever had (from nearly a year in PX Sherry puncheons), we turned to a flavor equally as robust: the mighty raspberry. We blended the beer with nearly 5 pounds of Dole Orchard Maine raspberries per gallon, our highest fruiting rate ever. The resulting beer is predictably saturated in jammy-ness, but with patience after the pour is anything but one-note.
