Bissell Brothers Kitchen is a culinary experience brought to you from our Portland brewery and taproom. Executive Chef Dave Rinaldi and his team use as much local produce, meat, and seafood as possible with a menu featuring plates big and small. Offerings include sandwiches, house-made pasta, salads, and charcuterie alongside options for those who eat plant-based. Commitment to quality fresh ingredients, innovative flavors that change with the seasons, and our home state of Maine is just as important to our Kitchen as it is to our brewery.
