Bissell Brothers Kitchen is a brand new culinary experience brought to you from our Portland brewery and taproom. We use as much local produce, meat, and seafood as possible with a menu featuring plates big and small. Offerings include sandwiches, tacos, salads, and charcuterie with options for those who eat vegan and gluten-free. Commitment to quality fresh ingredients, innovative flavors, and our home state of Maine is just as important to our Kitchen as it is to our brewery – we can’t wait for you to taste what we’re making.
