Bissell Brothers Kitchen serves up a wide selection of pub-style favorites at our Portland brewery and taproom. Executive Chef Dave Rinaldi and his team use as much local produce, meat, and seafood as possible to create a menu featuring plates big and small. Offerings include sandwiches, salads, and charcuterie, vegan and vegetarian options, and a family-friendly kids menu. Commitment to quality fresh ingredients, innovative flavors that change with the seasons, and our home state of Maine is just as important to our Kitchen as it is to our brewery.
