It’s been said that “necessity is the mother of invention,” and it certainly holds true with this beer. Forced to find a home for both a new seasons’ worth of fruit AND a great-but-not-perfect base beer, we literally cleaned the freezers and threw that beer on top of what came out. Looks like we need to find “necessity” more often.
