A true mixed-culture Gose, fermented and matured in one of our Foeder Crafters “eggs” for over 6 months. Brewed with a large portion of Buck Farms’ wheat and spiced with a solid helping of Maine sea salt, with a kiss of coriander and Egyptian chamomile.
