Our interpretation of a German-style Kellerbier. Starting with a generous malt profile and a single decoction, firmly hopped with Saphir and Callista for some neo-classic zestiness, softly lagered in our oak foeder, and served a touch younger than our other lagers. Lager for any place, time, or occasion.
