Kölsch Day

Kölsch Day returns May 20th, 21st, and 22nd! We’ll be celebrating the annual release of Bissell Kölsch – our take on the classic easy-drinking ale originating from Cologne, Germany – with three full days of Kölsch Service in the Garden. Expect trays (kranzs) full of glasses (stanges) going from table to table, with our team replacing your empty stange with a full one until you’ve had your fill. And as always, Bissell Brothers Kitchen will be rocking a German-style specials menu:

GIANT PRETZEL
Butter baked, served with beer cheese and spicy mustard

CURRYWURST
House-made bratwurst served over crispy french fries and curried ketchup

PORK SCHNITZEL SANDWICH
Crispy fried pork cutlet topped with an apple arugula slaw and whole grain dijonnaise on a griddled bun

OVERNIGHT BRAISED PORK KNUCKLE
Served with a rich beer gravy

MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE
Served with cherry coulis and vanilla soft serve
