The thiols have assembled and Bastron has been unlocked 🔓💥  This pale ale was designed to maximize the presence of thiols: small but mightily aromatic organic compounds found in hop cones. Experimentation with a new yeast strain called Star Party led us to this recipe, hopped methodically with a blend catered towards the yeast itself to highlight alllllll the drippy, tropical fruit-forward notes there are to find.
