We filled a few Tom Cat Gin barrels on a whim with Enchanted Forest wort back in summer ’21… then nearly forgot about them. Luckily, some excellent and thoughtful blending by BB Portland’s Adam Mihalich came at the perfect time, weaving in a couple other quirky barrels for depth. The resulting beer’s inspiration from a couple BB3R favorites is obvious (Spellwork!), while maintaining a profile firmly distinct from both.
