Muzzy | Ales for ALS
IPA
We are honored to offer this IPA to raise funds for ALS research and therapy through the Ales For ALS program. Bissell Brothers will donate $2 for every 4-pack sold to the ALS Therapy Development Institute.
Muzzy was created in honor of (and named after) a bright light and close friend of the Bissell Brothers family, who lost her courageous battle with ALS in the summer of 2021. Her experience gave us a keen awareness of just how terrible this disease is, how little is known about it, and how badly a cure is needed. We couldn’t be more honored to play a part in raising funds and awareness for ALS, in the hope that one day everyone who receives that diagnosis will have real treatment options.
As for the beer, this time around we switched it up to an IPA using donated hops from our friends at Yakima Chief. This beer is best enjoyed in the company of friends and loved ones, because as Muzzy was so fond of saying: “Never drink alone.”
