A foeder saison, solera-fermented and matured for 5 months in oak and just as long in glass. Unlike most beers from Three Rivers, this was bottled entirely unblended, to showcase the kind of balanced funk and integrated acidity that can be achieved only through fermentation in well-seasoned oak.
