Starting at noon, we’ll be celebrating the first- ever release of SchluckeBrau: our take on a classic style of easy-drinking ale originating from Cologne, Germany. Expect the full Kölsch Service experience with expert table service from our team. We’ll be rocking an appropriately-German menu full of specials — think spaetzel, schnitzel, and the like — through the lens of Bissell Brothers Kitchen. While that’ll be the only food available, the taproom will have the rest of our beers available for drinking up in our mezzanine… but the rest of the space is for Kölsch Heads only. Need we say more?
