LINE COOK (SEASONAL)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Line Cook of Bissell Brothers Kitchen will be trusted with upholding kitchen standards, alongside maintaining a positive attitude, and a clean work environment. This position reports directly to the Head Chef.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The qualified applicant will:
- Follow proper sanitation by maintaining cleanliness and complying with proper food handling and storing procedures
- Be responsible for using kitchen equipment and tools to prepare ingredients for finished products which includes chopping, mixing, making sauces and using various methods such as frying, sautéing, and grilling
- Help maintain kitchen & kitchen equipment by keeping a high standard of order & cleanliness
- Be able to produce consistent products in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strive to meet the high standards Bissell Brothers holds, and work that into the kitchen work environment & customer experience
- Clean the kitchen areas as needed before and after service
- Clean tools and equipment continuously throughout the day
- Communicate with Head Chefs, and lead line cooks, when item quantities are low
- Perform other duties as necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, skills, & abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be of legal age to work with and serve alcohol
- Excitement about Company Product
- Ability to honor Bissell Brothers Brewing Values and work as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask responsibilities routinely
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts; including evenings and weekends

DISHWASHER (SEASONAL)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Dishwasher at Bissell Brothers is responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of clean utensils, dishware, and prepware, ensuring items needed to complete all stages of service are clean, available, and ready to use.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work with the Head Chefs, and the entirety of the kitchen and Bissell Brothers Team to promote a collective positive effort, good Team spirit, and high morale among the kitchen Team
- Follow proper sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Complete light to moderate prep work
- Have a desire to learn and grow in an awesome work environment
- Arrive for work on time and in a timely manner
- Prioritize tasks to meet the changing demands in a fast paced environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, skills, & abilities:
- Desire to honor Bissell Brothers values and work as a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts; including evenings and weekends
- Alcohol Responsibility; full understanding that they are a representative of not only BBB, but of the alcohol beverage industry and must honor the BBB responsible use policy
